To date, we have carried out transformation work in 6 different village schools across Ankara’s Polatlı and Haymana districts, Eskişehir, Sinop, Gümüşhane, and Kastamonu.
In our first implementations, our volunteers painted school walls in bright colors to create more joyful learning environments for students. After the painting work, we played games with children, organized art activities, and created unforgettable memories together.
With the experience we gained over time, we expanded the project into a more comprehensive model and developed Bright Tomorrows under the name Door to Dreams.
Through Door to Dreams, we do more than color school walls; we create permanent learning spaces that children can benefit from for years. In our last three implementations, we established multi-purpose classrooms in village schools in Sinop, Gümüşhane, and Kastamonu, giving students new spaces where they can play, read, create, and learn together.
Today, Door to Dreams continues as a comprehensive school transformation project that goes beyond physical change. It aims to help children build stronger bonds with school, feel valued, and embrace their educational environments with care.
