Sıla has an academic background in Psychology from TED University and Clinical Psychology from Middlesex University. As a clinical psychologist, she focuses on children’s psychological well-being; as founding president, she coordinates the association’s overall operations, Ministry of National Education collaborations, and social responsibility projects.
